• Connecting and integrating new solutions with current partners; • Onboarding of PSP companies to receive processing channels; • Scaling and increasing capacity by current solutions; • Creating and managing a risk register; • Analyze the conversion ratios and traffic quality; • Maintaining a dashboard for all merchant accounts; • Revision of financial conditions; • Handle requests from partners on merchant accounts; • Solving problems with delays in settlements; • Update of information with partners.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in key account management, preferably within the PSP or fintech industry. • Strong understanding of payment processing, financial conditions, and risk management. • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in using dashboards and analytical tools. • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. • Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English (not less than B2) and good command of Russian;
