📋 Description

• Be part of a team that unleashes the power of leading-edge technologies to help improve the health and well-being of those most vulnerable • This Product Owner would be responsible for guiding the development and delivery of healthcare technology products that support Medicaid programs • This role ensures that features and functionality align with regulatory requirements, client goals, and user needs • Act as a liaison between internal development teams and external stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of priorities and goals • Design and maintain operational dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Power BI and SSRS to support client reporting and decision making • Leverage business process automation tools such as Appian to increase transparency, compliance tracking, and workflow efficiency across key Medicaid activities

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager, preferably in the Medicaid or broader public health sector • Solid understanding of Medicaid programs, policies, and business processes such as eligibility, claims, encounters, prior authorization, or provider management • Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum environments • Proficient in backlog management, requirements gathering, and stakeholder communication • Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, and workflow automation platforms (e.g., Appian) • Excellent organizational, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills
