• Establish clear quality procedures and standards and set measurable quality objectives that align with MMIS goals. • Establish an MMIS Quality Management Systems across MMIS and processes. • Establish Annual Performance Audits and Inspections to ensure compliance with QMS. • Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality issues. • Establish an MMIS Quality Performance Reporting on the performance of the QMS. • Establish QMS operational procedure to collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and issues. • Establish an MMIS customer satisfaction continues feedback method to address complaints and incorporating customer feedback into quality improvement initiatives. • Plan, monitor, test and inspect of operational controls to validate quality controls and standards meet MMIS needs. • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. • Manage risk-based and process-based audits. • Ensure that MMIS meet federal, state, and industry quality standards. • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders regarding quality issues and improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Health Management, Information Systems or relevant field or higher education. • Excellent communication, organization, leadership abilities, and understanding of data analysis. • Proven prior Quality Manager experience. • Results-driven and detail oriented. • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality inspections. • Certification of Quality Control, e.g., ISO 9000 etc. is a plus.
