• Web3 Expertise: Deep knowledge and proven experience in Web3 technologies, including wallets, DeFi protocols, GameFi ecosystems, and NFTs, with hands-on project operations experience. • Strategic Planning: Proven track record in strategic business planning and driving user growth in complex projects. • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities. • At least 3 years experience in Fintech/E-commerce is highly preferred. • Able to manage KOLs to promote campaigns
