📋 Description

• Assist in implementing a quality assurance program based on industry best practices • Provide QA support to federal leadership/project managers • Audit processes based on set schedule(s) • Document results of audits/reviews and write Corrective Action Requests when non-compliances are found • Write Quality Recommendations for improvement • Review document repositories for deliverables and work products • Provide status of audit activities to management • Ensure completeness/accuracy of deliverables before delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience • Understanding of Electronic Health Record Systems • IT Quality Assurance knowledge • Familiarity with Quality Assurance (QA) Standards • Skills in Quality Assurance Auditing • Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) • Basic understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
