📋 Description

• Manage the site team: Site Organization, Rules, Timely Mobilization/Demobilization of GE personnel. • Provide the focal point contact for the Customer, Partner, Subcontractors on all site related issues. • Manage field execution including management of subcontractor(s) to ensure project performance requirements are achieved. • Manage site cost within budget, manage cost of quality, local purchasing process. • Set up EHS plan with EHS manager to ensure respect of EHS and LOTO rules. • Provide on time and accurate site report of execution progress to project management. • Achieve high Customer satisfaction (respect of contract, of quality, of timeline and of adequate reporting).

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Site management • Proven leadership experience on operational management on multi-discipline and/or multicultural teams • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve technical and organization issues. • Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage P&L / subcontracts • Fluent English is mandatory.
