📋 Description

• Install, maintain and service our 3D metal printing systems (laser machines) and ensure optimal performance • Accurately record service requirements and manage customer cases efficiently using our service CRM • Provide first-class support and help customers get the most out of our systems • Perform emergency service visits and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation • Inspect systems and perform tasks to the highest standards • Provide valuable feedback on quality deviations and contribute to continuous improvement • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction • Adapt to changing requirements and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills • Take ownership of the quality of your work and show commitment to excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in services and field service operations • Vocational training as an electrical or mechanical technician, technical secondary-school diploma (Fachabitur) or equivalent • Willingness to travel (>80%) within Germany, EMEA and worldwide • EU work permit • Fluent German language skills • Residence in or willingness to relocate to the Hamburg area
