• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant operational leadership • Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills • Ability to influence, drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment • Strong management skills and capability to develop talents • Technical competency in using financial reporting tools
