Description
• The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) position is a high visibility role. • Manage candidate coordination lifecycle, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements. • Ensure an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication throughout.
Requirements
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in recruiting coordination or recruiting • Fluency in English • This candidate will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external customers and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moment's notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals • Track record of creative problem-solving, excellent written and oral communication skills, and creation of strong and trusted cross-functional relationships
