• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for tech and/or non tech functions across the globe. • Recruit active and passive candidates across multiple technology-related searches. • Proactively identify and assess talent using various sourcing methodologies. • Use ATS and other tools to manage prospects, build robust candidate pipelines and drive metrics. • Create successful sourcing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations. • Partner closely with hiring managers to drive assessment processes and action on feedback. • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. • Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. • Close offers and help onboard new employees.
• 6+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment • 6+ years experience sourcing with LinkedIn and other tools • Proven ability to successfully identify, manage, and engage with exceptional candidates in high growth environments • Proven track record of continuous improvement through problem solving and producing solutions • Strong stakeholder management experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Superior attention to detail, with strong multi-tasking and organization skills • Strong sense of urgency, with proven ability to act swiftly under pressure and adapt to changing priorities and processes • Experience managing applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse • Experience and passion for using quantitative data do guide day to day decisions, report progress to stakeholders, and justify recommendations
