📋 Description
• Support and advise local teams • Advise teams on effective strategies, goal setting and team development • Deliver training sessions and workshops for the teams • Identify opportunities for engagement and new team formation • Facilitate knowledge transfer and networking among local teams • Strategically develop and refine advisory concepts
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with municipal climate protection, local government or municipal administration • Strong understanding of political processes, institutions and legal frameworks • Experience working with volunteers • Proven experience in (agile) project management, preferably in the civil society/non-profit sector
