• 3+ years experience in customer success operations or sales/revenue operations roles • Bachelor's degree • Highly efficient in excel and PPT, BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI) a plus • Experience implementing, using, and navigating a CRM (Salesforce or Hubspot) • Gainsight experience a plus • Any experience with coding is a plus (SQL, Python, etc.) • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to work autonomously • Comfortable presenting to the senior leadership and executive level • Team player • A true problem solver that's flexible and can execute independently
