🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Engineering Manager or similar leadership role, with a history of managing remote development teams • Strong technical foundation, with deep knowledge of modern full-stack development practices, architectures, and tools, including JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Node.js, React.js) • Experience working with payment processing platforms such as Stripe • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through complex projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions • Experience working within a highly collaborative, remote-first environment, driving a team that ships code to production often • Comfortable participating in architectural discussions, asking informative questions, and assisting the team in making strategic trade-offs • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment • E-Commerce, FinTech or Payments experience preferred
