• Responsible for providing technical support to global Gas Power customers for gas turbine packages and electrical/control systems • Provide technical resolutions related to Aero gas turbine operations or installation & commissioning issues • Assist in complex investigations for field events • Provide remote technical support of GE Vernova Aero LM products (TM/LM2500, LM6000, LMS100) • Oversee technical installation & commissioning activities of new GE Vernova Aero products • Ensure timely customer support via use of Service Now • Off-hour availability and travel may be required
• Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering or technology related discipline from accredited university/college OR a high school diploma/GED with 9 years of field service experience with gas turbine technology • Minimum of 5 years of field service experience with gas turbine technology, instrumentation, electrical systems, or troubleshooting • Previous working experience with GE Vernova Aeroderivative Gas Turbine engine, package, or controls systems preferred • Understanding of control systems - Woodward and/or GE (MK6, MK6e, RX3i) • Ability to read technical drawings (one line diagrams, controls logic, schematics, P&ID, etc.) • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, instrumentation and/or controls related issues
