âą Support and work closely with GitLabâs Chief Product & Marketing Officer by anticipating needs, owning day-to-day operations, and ensuring priorities are executed smoothly. âą Manage complex calendars by vetting, prioritizing, and recommending meetings in line with GitLab meeting norms, while monitoring and resolving conflicts in advance. âą Transform high-level meeting descriptions and content links into clear, comprehensive agendas and briefing materials to ensure CPMO preparedness for all internal and external meetings. âą Maintain frequent communication and structured check-ins with the CPMO, proactively flagging items that need attention and tracking expectations and deliverables from functional peers. âą Monitor and maintain visibility into team progress by overseeing updates to agendas, trackers, and documentation, and supporting departmental reporting through formatted materials, reminders, and walkthroughs. âą Use AI tools extensively to automate routine tasks, synthesize information from multiple sources, and improve the quality and speed of decision support for the CPMO. âą Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics, including transportation, accommodations, documentation, and security needs, while processing expenses and reimbursements in a timely, accurate manner. âą Partner with People Operations, IT, and other cross-functional partners to resolve logistical needs, support full-cycle recruiting and onboarding, and plan and execute virtual and in-person events, off-sites, and team activities. âą Contribute to the broader Executive Business Administrator community by building strong cross-functional relationships, sharing best practices, providing coverage for other EBAs, and participating in team initiatives.
