Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred • Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or similar roles • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle objections • Self-motivated and results-oriented • Familiarity with CRM software • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Knowledge of the Employer of Record industry is a plus • Ability to adapt quickly to changes
