• Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders • Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team • Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows • Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process • Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO) • Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels • Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment • Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools • Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team • Nice to Have: • Experience supporting a TA team in a contract or RPO capacity • Familiarity with modern ATS platforms • Background in recruiting for tech-enabled or legal/professional services companies
