• Must have 7 years of experience selling into Enterprise businesses, preferably in a SaaS environment, demonstrating a track record of hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quota targets. • Possess the ability to understand strategic challenges and translate them into effective learning solutions. • Strong prospecting, cold calling, and hunting skills, with the ability to open doors and secure meetings with key decision-makers. • Excel in consultative selling, negotiation, pipeline management, and quota attainment. • Naturally engage, influence, and build trust with senior decision-makers, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and executive presence. • Tech-savvy with CRM tools and software, leveraging technology to enhance sales effectiveness. • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for business growth. • Proficiency in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sale Navigator is highly preferred. • Passionate about making the world a little smarter every day.
