📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruiting across the Central Region—from sourcing to onboarding. • Partner with operations, safety, and compliance to align hiring with business needs. • Drive adoption of tools to improve efficiency and reporting. • Lead, coach, and inspire a team of recruiters across the region. • Standardize interviews and job rubrics to hire faster and better. • Assist in increasing <90-day retention through proactive check-ins and onboarding support. • Pilot and scale AI tools to automate the hiring process enabling recruiters to focus on human interactions. • Ensure every hire meets federal and state compliance requirements. • Oversee document collection and onboarding tasks in Workday.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years leading talent acquisition teams – transportation or logistics experience preferred • Strong knowledge of Workday or other ATS systems • Familiarity with hiring laws and compliance. • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills. • Proven experience with data driven decision making, creating and managing to KPI's.
