Description

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems for email marketing campaigns, ensuring scalability and performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend solutions with other systems and platforms. • Optimize and enhance existing backend infrastructure to improve reliability and efficiency. • Work closely with marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, addressing any issues to ensure uninterrupted campaign execution. • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve backend processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer. • Strong experience in backend development, with proficiency in programming languages such as Ruby and Go. • Experience with Typescript, Javascript, Vue and SQL. • Proven ability to design and build scalable systems in a production environment. • Experience with database management, API development, and system integrations. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and related technologies. • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
