• Evolve and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy • Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team • Drive alignment and accountability from hiring stakeholders • Develop insights into candidate and hiring manager experience • Collaborate across the company • Evaluate and improve recruitment processes • Develop metrics to assess talent pipeline • Embrace DEIB Mission and Drivers • Work with Finance teams on headcount additions • Develop employee value proposition (EVP) • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations


• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent • 10+ years of relevant experience • 5+ years of proven experience leading, aligning, and developing recruiting teams within a high-growth tech industry • Experience managing a global recruiting team in a competitive tech industry • Deep understanding of diversity recruiting • Process improvement mindset • Experience leveraging data to drive TA strategy, processes, and programs • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive behavioral change • Problem solver in a fast-paced environment • Employer Branding experience • Vendor management + contract negotiation experience • Experience with ATS system, reporting tools, and sourcing tools
