📋 Description
• Coordinate, plan, organize and execute daily operational needs. • Partner with On-Site Managers to create dynamic shift schedules. • Process payroll, manage finances, assist with patient service recovery. • Drive key operational tasks and projects. • Help support and enhance day-to-day operations to meet KPIs.
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required. • Bachelor’s degree preferred. • 1+ years of administrative experience. • Scheduling experience in a medical environment preferred. • EMR experience preferred. • Scheduling and/or payroll system knowledge required. • Proficiency in MS Excel required. • Proficiency in Qgenda or other related scheduling software required. • Proficiency in usage of HRMS software platforms required.
