• HighLevel Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced CPaaS Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our communication platform capabilities. • As a Product Manager specializing in our CPaaS products, your role would involve overseeing the development and management of Messaging products within the platform. • You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our product and SMBs in general. • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, customer success and finance team to define, prioritize, and deliver innovative solutions that enable customers to streamline and automate their business processes.


• Passionate about software products. • Track record of solving platform-level problems and catering to other teams as customers. • Advocate for iterative development, experimentation, and learning. • Capable of identifying and prioritizing good opportunities. • Proficient in wireframing, building user journey maps, and user testing. • Effective communicator with development teams, conveying trade-offs and building confidence in product strategy. • Experience in rolling out products/features and conducting extensive beta tests. • Skilled in using analytics to monitor, analyze, and learn from user behavior, focusing on meaningful data points. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple initiatives. • Ability to write accurate and precise OKRs. • Experience in a B2B SaaS or agency environment. • Previous experience as an APM or PM. • Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM environments. • Experience with CPaaS platforms like Twilio, WhatsApp, etc. • Ability to read and understand APIs. • Knowledge of event-based systems vs. workflow-based systems. • Ability to lead without formal authority and guide other departmental leaders to outcomes.
