🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Sales, especially in HR solutions; • 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or consultative roles in SaaS or EdTech, especially within L&D or HR companies, is highly valued; • Strong contacts in HR in Spain, Cataluña (especially Barcelona) would be valuable; • Full professional fluency in Spanish, and excellent English (written and spoken) - Catalan would be a bonus. • A structured, proactive way of working: you take ownership and get things done. • Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. • Shares our passion for learning, growth, and continuous improvement. • Is open-minded, positive, and curious, bringing creative ideas and solutions. • Based in Barcelona or Madrid.
