📋 Description

• Design, prototype, and integrate AI-assisted developer workflows such as automated code review, PR drafting, or test generation • Build proof-of-concepts that demonstrate measurable improvements in developer speed or reliability • Experiment with AI agent frameworks to reduce toil such as running tests, triaging build failures, or responding to common questions in Slack • Evaluate and integrate third-party AI assistants and IDEs within Gorilla Logic's developer environment • Collaborate with Analytics and Product teams to instrument metrics for AI adoption, contribution to speed, and safety outcomes • Partner with engineering teams to co-run AI pilots, collect feedback, and scale successful workflows into reusable paved paths

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, developer experience, DevOps, or applied AI roles • Proficiency in Python, Kotlin, Java, or similar languages • Proficiency with AI developer tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, OpenAI and Anthropic APIs • Experience integrating APIs and plugins into CI/CD pipelines such as Buildkite, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins • Understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred, including EKS, RDS, S3, and IAM) • Experience working with LLM APIs, prompt design, and retrieval-augmented generation patterns
