Join a trusted tax preparation and business services provider dedicated to empowering individuals and businesses through expert financial guidance. • We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused QuickBooks Expert to join as Bookkeeper. • The ideal candidate will be highly adaptable to client needs and able to provide exceptional bookkeeping support using QuickBooks. • This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients. • If you have a knack for accuracy and a commitment to excellence, we’d love to hear from you! • This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience (2+ years) working with QuickBooks Online and/or Desktop versions. • QuickBooks certification preferred. • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data. • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English. • Ability to explain financial concepts clearly to non-financial professionals. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently. • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to identifying issues. • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Desktop versions. • Experience with bank feeds, custom reports, and advanced QuickBooks features. • Familiarity with other accounting software is a plus. • Competency with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. • Knowledge of digital file management and secure document sharing practices. • Exceptional client service orientation. • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. • Adaptability to different client needs and accounting systems. • Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. • Patience and clear communication when explaining processes or resolving issues.
