Description

• Product strategy setting and implementation • Creating products for health plan delivery • Ownership of enabling products including enrollment, claims processing, underwriting, sales, and marketing • Partnering with TPMs, UX/UI, and Engineering • Establishing the Product function • Defining product roadmap and prioritizing features • Documenting product requirements • Leading go-to-market strategies and coordination • Bringing customer-centric thinking and predictability

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience working in a product role • High ownership with agency and strong bias for action • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong technical leadership, project management, problem-solving skills • Experience managing both third-party and homegrown products • Experience with healthcare enabling operations products • Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem and payer role • Passion for improving healthcare • Flexible mindset • Empathy • 'Get things done' attitude • Previous start-up experience is extra credit • Experience with Javelina, Five9, or Salesforce is extra credit
