Description

• Lead a team of ambitious SDRs to success, creating the talent engineer through effective mentoring and coaching • Participate and support effective onboarding training to help ramp the team • Ensure team sales goals are reached and exceeded • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to execute on world-class inbound & outbound sales processes • Craft and enforce scalable ways to grow the team successfully

Requirements

• SaaS sales experience • Previous track record of success in a sales closing role • 3+ years experience managing a team • Knowledge of how to use sales metrics to gauge success • Experience with Salesforce and sales acceleration tools • Ideally MEDPICC trained with a knowledge of value selling • Superb communication and presentation skills • Your own unique talents!
