• Full-time Sales Executive based in California • Helping customers in identifying, developing, and executing decarbonization and electrification projects • Inherit a territory full of strong relationships • Delivering against a revenue number commensurate with the territory • Working closely with engineering and project development team • Contributing to the development of products • Based out of California (preferably southern California)
• Minimum 5 years of outside energy efficiency project sales experience • Deep understanding of building mechanics related to energy usage • Ability to assist customers in developing high leverage energy efficiency projects • Understanding of California utilities and energy efficiency programs • Demonstrated energy, building operations, or commercial real estate knowledge • Consultative sales approach • Ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements • Thirst for learning • Comfort in a high-tech environment • Ability to work autonomously • Detail-oriented and organized • Must currently live in and have the legal right to work in the United States
