Grove Collaborative is looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven leader to be the face of Grove to internal and external candidates. We are looking for an individual who enjoys collaborative, fast-paced, data-driven environments. The successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for building strong talent pipelines, programs and candidate relationships. • This role is remote in one the 11 states where Grove executes payroll (CA, CO, IL, MA, ME, NC, NV, NY, PA, TX, WA) and reports directly to Grove’s Head of People Experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 8+ years recruitment experience • Experience with advising and coaching leaders • Business aptitude that allows you to build a talent acquisition strategy linked to our overall business goals • Ability to be creative in your approach and push yourself to think outside of the box and try new methods • Current on external trend and changes in this space • Enterprise leader. You build strong relationships up, down and across and motivate and advise everyone around you • Extremely high bar for talent. You don’t compromise when it comes to hiring and inspire and teach others to do the same • Lifelong learner, seeking to improve yourself, your team, and the world around you • Team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to help get things done • Strong communication skills, organizational and negotiation skills
