📋 Description
• Assessing user needs to resolve questions and issues in collaboration with the technology team; • Direct communication with candidates to provide a more humanized service; • Creating, consolidating, and managing KPIs related to service efficiency and quality;
🎯 Requirements
• Sense of ownership: able to take full responsibility for a key pillar at Gupy; • Excellent verbal and written communication, strong critical analysis, and a customer-focused mindset; • Advanced Excel; • Availability for 6 hours per day, on a flexible schedule; • Some experience with programming and/or website creation is a plus.
