• Drive end-to-end AI adoption programs across business units, with a focus on tools such as Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, and automation platforms • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify use cases where AI can enhance productivity and decision-making • Develop and deliver training, awareness campaigns, and enablement programs to accelerate AI adoption • Act as an internal AI champion, bridging the gap between technology capabilities and business needs • Monitor adoption trends, gather feedback, and continuously refine the adoption strategy • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business teams to embed AI into everyday workflows • Support the development of governance frameworks, policies, and best practices around responsible AI use
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. • Good understanding of AI technologies and business applications. • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills. • Ability to translate AI capabilities into practical business solutions. • Experience with Microsoft Copilot, AI tools, or automation platforms. • Exposure to digital transformation, AI adoption, or change management initiatives. • Experience delivering training or enablement programs.
