Description

• Build the Client Success agenda for middle market and corporate segments • Deploy the Customer Success playbook • Manage the team of accounts executives • Work with Wellbeing Engagement teams • Represent Wellhub in HR events • Coordinate efforts with CX • Drive client engagement and employee subscription

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred • 10+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success or Account Management • 4+ years in a People Management position • Strong leadership skills and experience motivating a team • Extraordinary relationship builder • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Exceptional client-facing skills and experience engaging with C-level partners • Consultative approach to account management • Spanish speaking as a differentiator
