Description

•At HackerRank, we help companies find and upskill developer talent. •As a Senior Product Manager - AI/ML, you will impact developers' lives. •You will build systems that enhance technical assessment for customers & candidates. •Understand technical hiring ecosystems and user requirements. •Own machine-learning solutions in different product parts. •Collaborate with machine learning and engineering teams on critical initiatives. •Lead data collection for model performance benchmarking. •Engage in audits to ensure responsible AI usage and minimal bias.

Requirements

•3+ years of experience developing & launching products that leveraged AI/ML. •Overall 5+ years of product management experience and at least 3+ years in managing B2B products. •Experience driving product vision, GTM strategy, and design discussions. •Experience creating strategic product roadmaps, and working with cross-functional teams. •Plan and execute product launches working cross-functionally across engineering, marketing, sales, and other product teams •Having a Bachelor’s degree or certification or courses in AI/ML would be a bonus.
