📋 Description

• Support Hazel’s Physical Health provider team with phone calls to families in both English and Spanish • Manage internal chat communications among providers • Provide interpretation and translation services for phone calls and telehealth visits • Answers parent/guardian questions and relay pertinent information back to the provider • Troubleshoot minor technical difficulties • Work with the Clinical Operations team to identify process improvements • Ensure continuity of care by acting as a liaison between Hazel providers, parents/guardians, students and school personnel • Provide back-up coverage to other support staff

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish speakers • Prior experience in a clinical environment (1-2 years) preferred • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously • Ability to work autonomously • Experience maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent telephone and customer service skills • Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Passion for our mission
