Description

• Lead client onboarding process and training sessions • Build and nurture strong client relationships • Serve as primary point of contact for client inquiries and support • Gather client feedback and work with product team for improvements • Develop strategies for client satisfaction, retention, and renewals • Stay informed about Web3 gaming industry trends and provide valuable insights • Act as a trusted advisor to clients for leveraging analytics in the gaming space

Requirements

• Proven experience (3+ years) in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role • Familiarity with Web3 gaming concepts, blockchain technology, and gaming analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong sense of urgency • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
