• Proven experience (3+ years) in client success, account management, or a related customer-facing role • Familiarity with Web3 gaming concepts, blockchain technology, and gaming analytics • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Strong sense of urgency • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
