Description

• Support children and teens ages 0 to 17 years and their caregivers, using evidence-based approaches such as CBT and parent-management training for the duration of their care plan. • Coordinate care with primary care providers, schools, and others relevant to youth care. • Complete thorough clinical documentation within Brightline’s standard of ethical care. • Complete required trainings and stay up-to-date with Brightline’s standards of care, tools, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• A passion for our mission to redefine behavioral health for children and their families. • Unrestricted LCSW, LMHC, LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD licensure(s) qualified applicants must be able to work to our standards without supervision. • Availability to provide care within Brightline's peak hours (2pm-8pm) for a minimum of 6 hours/week. • At least 3 years of experience practicing independently (without supervision). • Expertise delivering evidence-based interventions for children and families including CBT, Parent Management Training, and other evidence-based practices for youth. • Experience providing 1:1 care in a telehealth/video setting.
