β€’ Porter is growing and seeking to add a Data Engineer to the Team! β€’ The ideal member of Porter will be a change agent, altering the status quo of healthcare delivery. β€’ New Team Member will join feeling energetic and excited to revolutionize the healthcare continuum and contribute to the success of our mission driven organization. β€’ You will be accountable for the development of our data analytics. β€’ Your contributions will directly shape the organizations analytical capabilities, driving innovation, and providing valuable insights that positively influence business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges. β€’ Extensive proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. β€’ Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter. β€’ Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows. β€’ Participate in code reviews and design sessions during Agile process β€’ Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. β€’ Database query skills (e.g., SQL). β€’ Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. β€’ Databricks, Spark and experience with big data technologies will be highly valuable β€’ Experience in agile software methodologies β€’ Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification β€’ Healthcare experience is highly valued
