📋 Description

• Porter is growing and seeking to add a Data Engineer to the Team! • The ideal member of Porter will be a change agent, altering the status quo of healthcare delivery. • New Team Member will join feeling energetic and excited to revolutionize the healthcare continuum and contribute to the success of our mission driven organization. • You will be accountable for the development of our data analytics. • Your contributions will directly shape the organizations analytical capabilities, driving innovation, and providing valuable insights that positively influence business outcomes through data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Lead the development and implementation of advanced data solutions to address complex business challenges. • Extensive proficiency in Python for advanced data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. • Experience with data analytics tools and frameworks such as Pandas, NumPy, and Jupyter. • Design and implement scalable and efficient data pipelines and workflows. • Participate in code reviews and design sessions during Agile process • Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills. • Database query skills (e.g., SQL). • Strong analytic skills related to working with structured and unstructured datasets. • Databricks, Spark and experience with big data technologies will be highly valuable • Experience in agile software methodologies • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience/certification • Healthcare experience is highly valued
