Description

• Responsible for efficiently answering and troubleshooting customer calls • Identify and document detailed solutions for customer concerns • Assist new trainees during evaluation period • Provide technical support for Enterprise software • Participate in testing and reproducing customer concerns

Requirements

• Typically 4 or more years of related experience • Typically High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, database structure, and networks • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Expert knowledge of terminal server, Citrix server, and VPN • Network/hardware certifications preferred
