Description

• Location: Remote, USA (CST/EST time zone preferred) • High Alpha Innovation partners with leading organizations to innovate through startup creation. • Seeking a world-class entrepreneur for the role of CTO and Co-Founder for StealthCo. • StealthCo is an AI-powered SaaS platform revolutionizing healthcare compliance. • The company's mission is to democratize regulatory knowledge and simplify compliance processes. • You’ll be supported by the High Alpha Innovation team who have seen exponential growth. • The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Co-Founder will lead technical and product strategy. • This hands-on role requires deep technical expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for leveraging technology. • You will own the product roadmap and technical software delivery while leading the team. • As a co-founder, you’ll join a mission-driven team determined to shape healthcare compliance. • Define and implement StealthCo's technical strategy, aligning with business objectives. • Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions using LLMs and NLP. • Oversee product and technical architectural roadmap, and develop scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant systems.

Requirements

• Successful track record as CTO or similar role in healthcare technology startup • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (advanced degrees preferred) • 10+ years in engineering, ML, or software development, emphasizing AI/ML and NLP • 2+ years designing and deploying LLM-based solutions • Deep understanding of healthcare regulations and RegTech solutions • Proficiency in modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java) • Expertise in cloud platforms and DevOps practices • Experience with transformer architectures and LLM Ops • Strong background in data security, particularly for healthcare data • Experience with NLP in regulatory or compliance contexts • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to lead technical teams • Strong integrity and ethical decision-making • Product and software development experience in SaaS and healthcare technology • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Customer-facing ability and experience in early-stage, venture-backed companies • Venture capital fundraising experience preferred
