Description

• Perform general transactional work such as drafting and negotiating various contracts. • Learn and apply the regulatory framework for early childhood schools. • Provide advice to mitigate risk and manage outside counsel when litigation occurs. • Administer the company's insurance programs. • Maintain corporate records. • Support school teams and visa-holders in obtaining and renewing U.S. visas.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. • 3-5 years of law firm or corporate experience. • Strong transactional experience. • Proficient in contract review, drafting, and negotiation. • Strong interpersonal skills and common sense. • Ability to multitask and handle various disciplines and workflows.
