• Guide the team in setting great front-end patterns, practices, and architectural guidance • Lead the discussions and implementations while influencing and mentoring teammates to help them grow to their full potential • Partner and collaborate with the team's product manager, designer, quality advocate, and software engineers to achieve outstanding results for our customers • Understand and solve customer problems through software in delightful ways • Experiment and deliver iteratively to help the team make informed data-driven decisions • Write code with a test-driven approach and take great pride in the quality, resilience, and performance of your solutions • Collaborate on system design, architecture, infrastructure, site reliability, and quality practices • You’ll have the opportunity to work in many technologies and lead the team through setting our tech roadmap

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in a software engineering role with a focus on front-end technologies • Have led the building of React applications end-to-end and learned lessons you are eager to share • A deep understanding of the architecture of modern client-side React applications • Experience working with any of our tech stack: React, Typescript, C#, AWS, GraphQL, Postgres DB, and DataDog • Comfortable with back-end systems to accomplish regular tasks • Thrive in a deeply collaborative environment (designers, PMs, engineers, and stakeholders) • Prior experience working in fast-paced startups is a plus
