• 12+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, digital marketing, or communications, with a proven track record in a leadership role. • Expertise in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers across multiple platforms, along with deep knowledge of social media strategy and execution. • Demonstrated experience leading and growing influencer marketing and social media programs within an agency environment. • Knowledge and experience developing influencer marketing programs in highly regulated industries is a plus. • Strong client-facing skills, with experience building, retaining, and growing senior-level client relationships. • Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven influencer and social media strategies that generate measurable business outcomes. • Experience mentoring and leading teams, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation. • Strong understanding of content creation, influencer partnerships, and social media platforms. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and internal teams at all levels. • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, delivering high-quality results. • Experience identifying, vetting and managing vendor relationships for role-specific tools such as influencer identification, relationship management or attribution measurement platforms.
