• Experience in **outbound calling** (recruiting, sales, or lead generation). • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with mid-career professionals. • Excellent **data entry, documentation, and organizational** skills. • Experience using **ATS, CRM, Google Sheets, or Excel** for tracking large candidate volumes. • Ability to follow structured processes while adapting to candidate responses. • Familiarity with or willingness to learn **AI-based sourcing and outreach tools**. • Collaborative mindset, strong work ethic, and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
