• You drive the implementation and maintenance of tracking concepts in GA4 and sGTM, refining event structures and debugging discrepancies to ensure delivery of high-quality data e.g. for attribution modeling and the design and evaluation of A/B tests • You evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels • You don't just deliver numbers, but interpret data to help the team understand trends and optimize ROI • You build and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., in Tableau or Looker) to monitor key marketing metrics, translating business requirements into clear visualizations • You look beyond standard KPIs to investigate the 'why' behind the data, conducting ad-hoc deep dives to uncover the root causes of performance shifts and user behavior • You act as a contact person for analytical questions regarding GA4, helping stakeholders understand their data usage needs • You monitor the data flow to ensure accuracy and support the team in identifying and fixing bugs in the tracking landscape
• You have professional experience in web analytics, data analysis, or a related field, ideally within an e-commerce environment • You have hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and (server-side) Google Tag Manager (sGTM) • You are proficient in SQL, capable of merging and transforming large-scale datasets from diverse sources. Proficiency in Python is a strong plus for building scalable data solutions • You have a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to comprehend how tracking is implemented • You have excellent English skills and can communicate your findings in a clear, structured way • You thrive in cross-functional collaboration, acting as a bridge between marketing, data, and tech teams.
