Description

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talents for the company • Represent the company internally and externally to build relationships with potential candidates • Develop engagement strategies to provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture • Develop learning and development strategies to drive business success • Develop and maintain competitive benefit package to enforce employee commitment • Organize, maintain, and optimize all HR operational systems • Report metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR strategies and employee satisfaction • Maintain all employee information and documents

Requirements

• Based in HCMC • Able to commit at least 6 months • Majoring in Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Administration, or related areas • IELTS at least 7.0 or above • Prior experience with recruitment, leadership, and management roles in clubs, student organizations, NGOs • Internship experience in related role is a plus
