Description

• Develop Company policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment, and interviewing alongside senior managers • Plan and implement Company talent acquisition strategy • Perform analysis of organizational development alongside senior managers and anticipate future employment needs • Work directly with hiring managers to create and finalize hiring requests, fully take charge of the recruitment process operations • Participate in the recruitment selection process, including resume screening, screen calling, interviewing, panel discussion, etc.) • Conduct sourcing activities in order to fill open positions • Create reports on key talent acquisitions metrics • Represent Company internally and externally with a goal of relationship building with potential candidates • Build and enhance employer branding via multiple social media channels • Lead initiative in Company's organizational development, career planning, learning, and development activities

Requirements

• Be able to commit at least 6 months • Background as juniors, seniors, or fresh graduates in areas such as Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related majors • Prior experience in a talent acquisition or human resources position • Knowledge of candidate selection methods and full-cycle recruitment processes (from screening to onboarding) • Eager-to-learn mindset

Benefits
