📋 Description

• Build and scale the production version of the platform through hands-on development. • Ship critical, high-impact features that directly influence the user experience. • Translate product specifications into clean, maintainable, and scalable code. • Optimize frontend and backend performance to ensure a lightning-fast onboarding experience. • Integrate key third-party APIs for payments, analytics, and user messaging. • Write comprehensive unit and integration tests to keep the platform stable as we rapidly iterate. • Establish and elevate engineering standards for the growing team around you.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience (with deep proficiency in Node.js, React, and TypeScript). • Strong experience working with relational databases, specifically Postgres. • Proven experience building and scaling production-grade, user-facing applications with real-world performance considerations. • Comfortable navigating the infrastructure side of things, with practical, hands-on experience in AWS. • Experience using modern AI-assisted development workflows, specifically Claude Code. • A strong track record of thriving in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments (like early-stage startups or nimble product teams). • A high level of technical ownership—you take pride in seeing a feature through from local development to production.
