• You have an Abitur (A-levels) or completed commercial vocational training, or an equivalent/higher qualification • You reside in Germany • You work in a structured, responsible and solution-oriented manner • You communicate reliably, professionally and courteously — in person, by phone and digitally • You are comfortable working within clear systems and defined processes • You take responsibility for your area and complete tasks thoroughly • Experience in customer advisory, sales or financial services is a plus but not required — what matters is your attitude
