📋 Description

• On board new partners, setting expectations and providing partner journey with OneStream, including holding project kick-off meetings and ensuring roles and responsibilities are aligned upon. • Assist partners with requirements gathering preparation. • Ensure partners are prepared for design sessions with customer by analyzing requirements and discussing product capabilities and guide partners through their design, sharing best practices, and communicating risks appropriately. • Lead partner on design to transfer design knowledge to partner’s staff and validate scalability of application. • Coach partners during build phase, providing example artifacts and articulating their importance to the application. • Provide technical expertise and architectural guidance during critical project milestones. • Communicate personal and project status to OneStream Alliances, Sales, and Customer Success. • Identify project risks and communicate to partners, team members, management and other internal stakeholders. • Lead end to end project deliverables from design to go-live jointly with partner. • Coach junior staff in producing project artifacts and completing ServiceNow cases, whilst providing coaching on design activities and verifying knowledge transfer to staff. • Perform design reviews on partner design documents, providing written review containing risk areas and mitigation suggestions and communicating risks to internal stakeholders when appropriate. • Conduct application health check and reviews to monitor application performance. • Assist Alliances group in vetting potential partners and providing feedback on project readiness. • Assist product teams on sourcing, developing and testing new product features and functionality. • Build tools to assist in implementation process and share with wider community when appropriate. • Present on webinars or at conferences/conduct training online or in-person upon request. • Actively participate on partner’s OneCommunity forum by reviewing posts and submitting responses. • Facilitate the sharing of project templates to ensure partner's project readiness. • Study and apply oneself to become a Subject Matter Expert in areas required.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in fields such as Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, Mathematics, or CIS, or equivalent work experience. • 7-10 years Corporate/Enterprise Performance Management (CPM/EPM) Systems experience, to include 3-5 years OneStream experience. • Strong critical thinking and analytical background (consulting, banking, research). • Experience with relational data bases and SQL. • Programming experience in multiple languages.
